Mustafa decided to embark on his entrepreneurial journey, opening his first establishment, Pita City. This 800-square-foot Middle Eastern eatery set the stage for his unique culinary flair. At the time, no one in the area served shawarma over rice – everyone else opted for wraps. Mustafa, however, dared to be different, serving his shawarma over a bed of perfectly cooked basmati rice.
